At Shift, he is responsible for R&D projects and a committee for the creation of new products and business lines. He is one of the founders and creators of Shift’s Workforce Management software, which runs in 10 Latin American countries and incorporates forecasting and work shift optimization models.

With over 17 years of experience in sectors such as Retail, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, serving clients located in Mexico, the United States, Colombia, Ecuador, and Chile.

He has 10 years of experience in efficiency and labor productivity projects in countries such as Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.

Civil Industrial Engineer with a Certification in Computer Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. With over 8 years of experience in IT Projects, he has participated in new developments, implementation of projects and customer support, overseeing IT operations.

She has 8 years of experience as Software and IT Projects Engineer at Shift. She has played different roles in some of Shift’s big undertakings: Sodimac, Cruz Verde, Grupo Ramos, Etafashion, Ransa, Enjoy, among others, as well as in major R&D projects related to Human Capital Management.

He has 6 years of experience in labor efficiency and productivity projects with a focus on retail and service companies in Chile and Latin America, including Tottus, Sodimac, Falabella, Cruz Verde, Enjoy, VTR, CMR, Corona, Ripley, Walmart, Modella Group, among others.

Civil Industrial Engineer with a Specialization in Transportation and Logistics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also serves as project manager and supervisor of the productivity consultants team working in industries such as retail, distribution and services. He has participated in projects for Ripley, Maicao, Sodimac Bodegas, Tradis, Hellmann, among other companies. Prior to joining Shift, he had 3 years of experience working as a consultant for the logistics consulting company Miebach Consulting.

Prior to joining Shift, he worked for the plastic manufacturer Wenco from 2012 to mid-2019, where he developed both optimization and mathematical models and systems to assist in the making of production decisions.
